Help Is Available to Quit Smoking!!!

The Morgan County Health Department offers a program called:

“Freedom from Smoking”.

This program is only available by appointment for adults 18 years and older. There is a $20 registration fee that will be refunded if the participant attends all classes scheduled in the series. The program is based on the American Lung Association curriculum and is offered quarterly at sites in Martinsville and Mooresville. The facilitator provides workbooks, strategies, contacts, and motivation to aid in the success of the participant. Nicotine replacement patches may be available free of charge, depending on funding.
