Not-for-Profit Foods at Temporary Events

You may not be required to hold a Food Establishment Permit if you are a certain kind of not-for-profit entity. You may check the charts here (under SEA 190) to determine your status, or call the Health Department at 765-342-6621 for information.

However, even if you do not have to have a Food Establishment Permit, you are required to follow good food handling practices, for the health and safety of your customers. Please read through the information below and apply the proper techniques and useful information to your event.
